Second Coordinator
For large intricate weddings, provide a second coordinator for setup/tear down, being in two places at once, etc.
Full 12 hr day $1000
Set Up & Ceremony $500
Reception & Tear Down $700
Set Up/Tear Down Team
If you cannot provide a set-up/tear-down team, we will provide a team to help. Necessity will be determined based on the wedding size and intricacy.
4 hr minimum $50/person/hr
All prices listed are subject to change at coordinator's discretion depending on wedding intracy, necessary detail, condensed timeframe, or other factors. Pricing estimates will be provided following initial consultation.
Additional Event Support
If you are planning additional events surrounding your wedding, such as rehearsal dinner, welcome party, after party, morning after brunch, bridal shower, etc, we can provide event management and support.
